What was the highlight of Hotel Recoleta Grand
Loved this hotel and hope it will reopen soon with the same wonderful staff.
Beautiful location; large, comfortable room and especially helpful, attentive staff. Large choice of items in breakfast buffet.
We stayed several days before a cruise and wanted to stay again for a few days afterwards. Sadly, We couldn’t do so because the hotel was closed for expansion and renovation. In truth a trim panel was loose in our room and there were a few very minor cosmetic items so it makes sense. Still, we would have gladly stayed again.

Lovely hotel in the heart of the Recoleta neighborhood!
The hotel location was wonderful; convenient to all we wanted to see. Breakfast was lovely with a great food selection. Nice gym. Very capable and accommodating staff.
There is construction going on in the building next to the hotel. While the staff alerted us to this, there was some construction during the day (when we needed naps due to jet lag). This too shall pass.

Quiet and convenient hotel in a great location.
Great location within easy walking distance of many tourist destinations. It was great having a pool to cool off after a day of sightseeing and quiet rooms to get a good nights rest.
The bed required a mattress cover to protect the mattress and to provide a better level of comfort.

It was a pleasant stay.
The hotel is nice. Location is ok. Staff are friendly and helpful.
The price is too high for the hotel. With what we paid, we expected a very luxurious hotel which this is not. The hotel is good enough for stay. I just feel that we were charged too much.
